Alert Level 2 Restrictions

 

Customers are allowed in branches at Alert Level 2.

 

All workers should keep at least 1 meter apart, where possible. To help everyone physically distance safely, you can:

  • Keep at least a 1-meter distance between each other
  • Hand hygiene and cleaning needs to be maintained
  • Orders should be phoned or emailed to the branch
  • Customer collections should be contactless via a designated collection point
  • Sanitation stations will be available at all branches
  • PPE must be worn in branch
  • Cash sales are allowed
  • No more than 10 people in a branch at one time

Alert Level 3 Restrictions

 

At Alert Level 3, there are restrictions to keep workers safe, limit interaction with customers and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We recommend you work from home if you can.

 

  • A QR code and alternative contract tracing methods are in place at all branches – Contact tracing is a Legal requirement
  • Our branches will operate with reduced staff
  • Keep a 2m distance between yourself and others at all times
  • Face masks and hand hygiene is a must
  • Branches will be sanitised every 4 hours
  • Orders should be placed online,  phoned, or emailed with contactless collection at a designated external collection point at the branch
  • Branches will operate with a locked-door policy
  • Sanitation stations will be available
  • Maximum 10 people in the branch at any one time

Alert Level 4 Restrictions

SAECOWilson is an essential supplier to industry, which means we may remain open to essential services at Alert Level 4.
