My community beach cleanup

My community beach cleanup

The community beach cleanup organised locally by Te Puru community centre in conjunction with Beachlands school.
We collected a huge amount of rubbish which is sorted and recycled where possible.
The data of what sort of rubbish was collected
is recorded and eventually made available on sustainablecoastlines.org.
It was great to see so many school kids and adult helpers involved.
Thank you SAECOWilson for letting me be part of our beach clean up
